1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Auto Optik ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Auto Optik provides mobile auto detailing services within Burlington County, NJ and surrounding areas. Services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coatings, and related care. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected package.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once we acknowledge your appointment via email. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe access to your vehicle, removing personal belongings, and ensuring access to water and electricity when required. Auto Optik is not liable for items left in the vehicle.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution, Auto Optik is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear-and-tear revealed during detailing. Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
7. Weather & Conditions
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
